  title chocolate truffles

Lassie has ever had a sweet tooth. She then gives you here a delicious and easy recipe created by her young "boss" Gustavo. Enjoy.

Kitchen utensils you’ll need: Mixing bowls (a large and a small one for rolling the balls in the sugar), wooden spoon, (small) colour paper baking cases.

Ingredients

200 g sugar, 200 g chocolate (preferably black chocolate), 50 gr roasted and roughly ground almonds, caster sugar as required, a small portion of hot milk or water

Chocolate Truffles

Preparation

1. Mix the sugar with the chocolate and the almonds. Pour in some hot milk or water and mix well .

2. Add the almonds (roasted and roughly ground) and mix very well. You may use your hands for doing that.

3. Model small balls out of the almond mixture, coat them with caster sugar and put them in colour paper baking cases.

Bom apetite

You may use your fingertips, so don't forget to wash your hands carefully before starting cooking and to leave the kitchen in the same condition as you found it. You may need your mother's help when preparing the chocolate truffles for the first time.
