English-speaking school in Bombay, India February 22nd, 2010
During her trip to India, my “boss“ went to an English-speaking school in Bombay, the capital of India. In this south-Asiatic country life is quite different from life in Europe and North America, and children are very disciplined and have the greatest respect for their teachers.
Most of these children speak Hindi and also English, and their religion is hinduism, the main religion of India.

During the Books Day in Walferdange my “boss” did some kids' activities turning around science and maths inspired by the tales
"The myth of Sissa", "Dido, queen of Carthage", "The adventure of a snail", among others.
She also signed her kids' books.

Children in Ethiopia From February 8 to 20, 2009
My “boss” travelled to Ethiopia. Children in that African country have almost nothing. They very often have to walk for hours to go to school, which is far away.
They also lack school material badly; sometimes they don’t even have pencils for writing. But all these children praise school and strive for learning.
